Seafaring Sunday: Cheers!
1 ounce tequila
1 ounce heavy cream
1 ounce white creme de cacao
1/2 ounce white creme de menthe
Cocoa powder to garnish
Shake the liquid ingredients vigorously with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Sprinkle with cocoa powder to garnish.
